Super Junior M Rumors (Update)

OK, this is my last update on this topic.

A Chinese director who will be filming a program featuring SJM (the one who let slip there were 8 members) listed the members at requests from fans. It is now CONFIRMED that the 2 new members of Super Junior- M are

(drumroll)

Sungmin and Eunhyuk of Super Junior!!!

SJM will make their comeback any day now (according to Taiwanese sites February 14th is the date) so it’s time to sit back, relax, and wait to see this new SJM in action! I’m personally REALLY excited to see how it goes!

Super Junior M Rumor (Update)

See? I didn’t forget I promised to let you guys know anything I’ve found out!

For those of you who have started reading here since I last posted: I kept getting questions on reviews and artist profiles for Super Junior about what would happen to Super Junior- M now that Hangeng is gone.

Super Junior M has CONFIRMED they are releasing an album “Very very soon”. When recording the album it accidentally got out that Sungmin (from Super Junior) was recording for the album as well. However, no one knows if he is a member or if he is just featured in a song.

Today a PD (production director) in China said SJM will be appearing on his show sometime in the future (they just got confirmation the group would be there) and that 8 members were coming. So it appears the rumors that SJ members will be added to SJM are true. Putting that with the bit about Sungmin accidentally being mentioned and it looks like he might be one of the 2 new SJM members. The last could be a trainee (SM has pleanty of Chinese trainees) or it could be a member of SJ.

SJM will make their comeback any day now, so fans should try to be patient. Keep an eye on SM Entertainment’s YouTube page or their website (www.smtown.com) for updates.

**Announcement- Super Junior/ Hangeng Update**

The results of Hangeng’s lawsuit against SM Entertainment were released today.

Seoul courts found in favor of Hangeng, meaning his contract with SM Entertainment is void and he no longer has any ties to them. He also does not have to pay the (hefty) penalty to SM he would have paid should he have lost the lawsuit.

**Announcement: Super Junior M UPDATE**

Sorry I’m like a day or two late on this one, I just flew from Korea to the US, so I think that’s a good excuse!

One Way’s Chance (One Way is another group) was tweeting about Super Junior M’s recording (I guess he’s helping as a technician or something):

“Working with the M Brothers” (Super Junior M), followed by “Just finished Ryeowook’s part. Taking a break. Hanging with Henry and Zhou Mi”, followed by “Now recording SUNGMIN’S part”. He deleted the last and said “oops… don’t think I was supposed to say that”.

Leeteuk has also apparently hinted that Sungmin AND Eunhyuk are now with SJM, but I haven’t seen this yet as apparently the hint was on twitter recently, so I haven’t seen a translation (I only know a little Korean thus far).

So what do you think? Does this mean Sungmin and Eunhyuk are in SJM, or just helping on the album?

Announcement- Super Junior M Update

Super Junior M has made a statement about their new album. Instead of telling you about it you can hear it straight from them:

Kind of bummed that they aren’t speaking much Chinese, but Kyuhyun gets major cute points for trying!

Artist Profile- Dong Bang Shin Ki (DBSK) Update

SM Entertainment has announced that DBSK will make a comeback in early 2011.

Don’t get excited though, Jaejoong (Hero), Yoochun (Micky), and Junsu (Xiah) will not be with the group, they are still embroiled in a lawsuit with SM (as soon as one is decided a new one starts…).

The re-packaged DBSK will consist of Changmin (Max) and U-Know Yunho. SM said they are not ruling out any changes to DBSK, so I’m not sure if that was supposed to be a hint at some new members or what.

SM said that they intend to un-disband DBSK, and since only 2 of the original members are left and have been pushing to make a comeback they will be allowed to do so.

If TRAX can manage to make a comeback with a fraction of their original members, maybe DBSK can too, what do you think?

Announcement- KYA!!!!!!

The fangirl in me is totally dying right now (in a good way). So I tagged this video in the “Artist Profile” and MV section of each of the groups involved.

SM Entertainment just announced the formation of a new project group. This group, from the sounds of it, is more of a collaboration group and not an actual full-time group, so don’t get too worried, but it will definitely be performing so you’ll get to see a bit of it!

The new group debuting in less than 10 days is “S.M. The Ballad”. This group is comprised of a new singer named Jino (18), TRAX’s Jay, SHINee’s Jonghyun, and Super Junior’s Kyuhyun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The idea I’m getting from the press release about this (which pretty much just said they’d be releasing a CD the 26th) is that this is going to be like the Super Junior Sub Groups. No one is leaving their initial group. So don’t worry!

Artist Profile- Super Junior, Super Junior-M, Hangeng (All Update)

Super Junior leader Leeteuk said on a program recently that he hopes all of Super Junior can perform as 13 members again before he goes into the military (he has said he intends to do this late 2011 or early 2012).

Hangeng, the former leader of Super Junior- M who is seeking to end his contract with SM Entertainment over human rights violations, replied to this saying that once the lawsuit is decided, if SM Entertainment gives their permission, he would like to help fulfill that wish for Leeteuk.

Ok, so the fans are kind of freaking out over this, so let me put it in very simple terms: he would not be returning to Super Junior or Super Junior- M, just kind of guest-performing with them ^^

Artist Profile- Dong Bang Shin Ki (Update)

An official statement has been released regarding the three members of DBSK who left SM Entertainment: Jaejoong, Mickey and Junsu.

As I said before the three joined together in a new entertainment company to make a comeback as singers, and I have an update regarding that.

The three WILL MAKE THEIR DEBUT AT THE END OF OCTOBER. They will re-debut under the name “JYJ”, standing for Jaejoong, Yoochun (Mickey’s real name) and Junsu. Their album will be named “The Beginning” to symbolize the start of their new career.

They will be making their comeback in the Korean market, NOT THE CHINESE MARKET as previously announced.

Reverse Stalking- This is cool!!!

I’m attaching this one to the SJM Artist Profile because it is kind of a fun fact that could go under ZhouMi’s member profile.

Someone was asking for the full lyrics to Kangta’s “Love Frequency” and I’ll get those to you soon.

So here’s the cool thing: It turns out the lyrics to “Love Frequency” were written by Super Junior- M’s ZhouMi!!! That song along with two others (“Remember” and “Many Times”) all had their lyrics written by ZhouMi and the melody for “Remember” was written by Kangta himself.

ZhouMi’s songs always rock ^^
